Manifesto

Today marks forty-eight years since the UN declared March 8 as International Women's Day. It is a day to celebrate but also to claim our role within society. From Construïm Juntes, we want to raise our voice in the face of the need to advance equity between women and men, in order to be able to achieve a fair and equal society. In the world of construction, as in many others, it is necessary to break the stereotypes that still exist and to promote, recognize and make visible the participation of women in this sector. We want to do our bit on this path and we want to build, together, a society of equality where all people, regardless of their gender, have the same rights. Let's not forget that women can do anything we set our minds to!
